1. SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs are free nationwide, except some special circumstances that the fee will be charged and the customers will be informed in advance.
2. SHIPPING TIME
We pledge to deliver the products within 7 days from the day the order is placed successfully.
3. TERMS OF DELIVERY
3-4 days if customers are in the city and urban area.
4-7 days if the customers are in the remote rural area.
Please note that the delivery time will be longer than expected during holidays or when disaster strikes.

Customers are advised to check the products before paying in order that you can give timely feedback if there is any mistake.
If the products are damaged in transit, our shop will be responsible for sending you a new package (same products). You just need to return us the damaged ones.

2. How long does the warranty last?
-All of our products are guaranteed and exchanged in the first 7 days (for the valuable products, depending on specific ones, are covered by longer warranties).
-Customers have the right to check the products before receiving and pay the shippers by cash.
-Our shop will give customers a five-time refund if the products are found to be fake or inaccurate compared to the advertisement.
-Customers will be advised on the products by the customer care staff when needed.

-Customers buy products from our shop and discover the defects before using them (the defects resulting from manufacturing).
-The products are still in warranty period (7 days return and exchange).
-If the 7-day warranty expires, our shop will support customers to exchange for the new product with the lower price if they want.
